Refund Policy

Transparency in our fee structure and refund process.

1. Overview

VirtualWorks was developed and is provided by Emogi, with day-to-day operations handled by Noivrn, a sole proprietorship registered under MSME (UDYAM-MH-26-1199183). An optional certificate processing fee of ₹99 applies only upon successful completion of all assigned tasks, when the intern voluntarily requests issuance of their digitally verifiable internship certificate.

2. What Is the ₹99 Fee For?

The ₹99 fee covers the following operational costs:

  • Digital certificate generation and verification infrastructure
  • Server hosting and platform maintenance
  • QR code-based certificate verification system
  • Student Evaluation Report preparation

This fee is not a fee for the internship itself. The internship — including task access, mentorship, and the offer letter — is provided entirely free of charge.

3. Refund Policy

Important: Payments are generally non-refundable once certificate generation has begun, as the process involves immediate consumption of server resources, digital verification setup, and permanent record creation — which cannot be reversed once executed.

4. When Refunds ARE Issued

Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Program cancellation by VirtualWorks: If VirtualWorks cancels the internship program after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
  • Technical failure: If the certificate cannot be generated due to a platform error on our end, a full refund will be processed.
  • Duplicate payment: If a student accidentally pays twice, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the eligible conditions above, send an email to virtualworks4@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Your Intern ID
  • UPI Transaction ID (UTR) of the payment
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days and, if approved, processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

6. No Fee If You Don't Request a Certificate

If you complete your internship but choose not to request a certificate, no payment is required. The internship experience, skills, and learning are yours to keep at zero cost.
