VirtualWorks is an educational internship platform developed and provided by Emogi (emogi.in), with day-to-day operations and administration handled by Noivrn (noivrn.in). The “by Noivrn” label reflects Noivrn's role in running the program. The VirtualWorks name, domain, platform code, and design remain with Emogi, while Noivrn manages the services delivered through the platform. Ritesh Ramnarayan Verma of Emogi is the VirtualWorks founder, and Utkarsh Mishra of Noivrn is its CEO.

Payments for VirtualWorks services are received through Noivrn's proprietor account as the platform operator.
MSME/Udyam registration (UDYAM-MH-26-1199183) identifies the business entity only and does not imply government endorsement, accreditation, or certification of the internship program. VirtualWorks is a private educational initiative and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any government body or agency.
By registering for an internship on VirtualWorks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Intern" / "User") and Noivrn, acting as the operator of VirtualWorks (the "Platform"), under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you are using the platform with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian. Your acceptance is recorded electronically at the time of registration in accordance with Section 10A of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
To register and participate in VirtualWorks internship programs, you must:
Parental/Guardian Supervision: Users below 18 years of age should use the platform under parental or guardian supervision. By registering on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and assumes responsibility for the minor's use of the platform.
VirtualWorks internships are educational and project-based learning programs intended for skill development purposes only. Participation does not create an employer-employee relationship between the intern and VirtualWorks/Noivrn. Completion of the internship does not guarantee employment, placement, stipend, or future opportunities.
VirtualWorks offers virtual internship programs across multiple domains. The internship is project-based to join, participate in, and complete. No fee is charged for:
The internship duration is 30 days from the date of registration. Failure to complete tasks within this period may result in account expiration.
Important Notice: Upon successful completion of all assigned tasks, an optional certificate processing fee of ₹99 applies only if you request issuance of the verified certificate after successful completion. This fee covers certificate generation, QR verification infrastructure, server costs, and Student Evaluation Report preparation.
This fee is payable only after all tasks have been reviewed and approved. It is not a fee for the internship itself. If you choose not to request a certificate, no payment is required.
The certificate issued is a digitally verifiable internship certificate issued by VirtualWorks, operated by Noivrn (an MSME-registered enterprise). It is not a government-issued or government-endorsed certificate.
Payment is collected via UPI through Noivrn's proprietor account.
Payments are generally non-refundable once certificate generation has begun, as the process involves immediate consumption of server resources, digital verification setup, and permanent record creation. Refunds are issued only if VirtualWorks cancels the program, in cases of technical failure preventing certificate delivery, or for duplicate payments. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to deny certificate issuance in cases of suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, fake payment screenshots, identity misuse, or manipulated submissions. VirtualWorks may request additional verification before processing certificates in such cases.
All work submitted during the internship remains the intellectual property of the intern. However, VirtualWorks reserves the right to use anonymized submissions for promotional and educational purposes (e.g., showcasing project quality on the website). The VirtualWorks name, domain, platform code, and design are held by Emogi and may not be copied or redistributed without authorization.

VirtualWorks reserves the right to suspend or terminate your internship account at any time if you:

VirtualWorks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you (₹99).
VirtualWorks shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, internet outages, government actions, pandemics, or third-party service disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation via email at virtualworks4@gmail.com within 30 days.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
